Registration includes: Congress documentation, meals of the days 20th, 21st and 22nd at the Congress Venue Hotel, Coffee breaks and social events.
General conditions
The management of payments will be made with the travel agency Andalucía Travel through the Congress website using the online form.
It is required to indicate the billing information and the sending of proof of payment of the requested services to receive confirmation.
Payment must be made in Euros by:
• Online credit card: once you choose this form of payment you will be redirected to a bank page with security enabled.
• Bank transfer: once you choose this form of payment, you will receive the necessary bank account information to make the corresponding payment.
REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation notifications must be done by e-mail to the Technical Secretariat of the Congress: secretaria@secat2023.com.
Cancellations received before May 21, 2023 will be entitled to 100% of the registration refund except €50.00 for management fees.
Cancellations received before June 1, 2023, will be entitled to 50% of the registration refund.
No partial or total refunds will be made in case of cancellation of conferences due to the non-attendance of speakers or other changes in the main program of the congress.
